Opportunity Overview Teradyne offers this unique job opportunity to impact and ensure the Integrated Systems Test Division’s future success as the Senior Administrative Assistant. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide essential administrative support to executive leadership, where new initiatives start. This is a position based in North Reading, MA, the headquarters of our company, Teradyne.
- Support Division General Manager and senior staff. Day-to-day support which requires good time management, project and task management, and attention to detail
- Cross-organizational coordination. Handle interfaces to all other departments in the organization
- Schedule management. Provide complex scheduling management support to the IST Division general manager and senior staff
- Meeting preparation. Organizing agendas, coordinating people, venues, transportation etc. related to small to large meetings, including All Hands meetings
- Event planning: Coordinating events, division meetings and off-site meetings
- Travel coordination. Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Expense reporting. Mange expense reports, tracking budgets, and reconciling invoices
- Confidential information management. Disseminating and communicating confidential information and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle tasks and requests efficiently. Adept at handling multiple tasks, special projects and last-minute requests with efficiency and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree is desired, but not required
- 8+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally within the technology or semiconductor test industry
- Experience working in a global and culturally diverse organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level stakeholders.
- High degree of accuracy in work, particularly when handling complex schedules or sensitive information
- Ability to balance and prioritize the efforts between detail orientation and getting-things-done
- Thrive in changing environments where schedules and tasks are often re-prioritized
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams etc.)
- May require occasional travel (1 or 2 times per year)
