We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Senior Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis at their office in Glasgow City Centre

Joining the organisation at a peak period for the organisation, the successful candidate will work closely with Senior Team, providing them with all aspects of PA level support.
Duties will include:
Supporting with all aspects of inbox and diary management for the senior management team.
Acting as the main point of contact for the Senior Team and in their absence, fielding calls, handling enquiries and representing the business.
Arranging and facilitating meetings, events and travel plans
Attending meetings, taking minutes and producing reports and actions
General administration duties as required
The successful candidate will:
Be able to demonstrate a background within a PA level/Executive Assistant level role and have experience supporting senior management with all aspects of administrative support.
Be confident working with all MS Office packages and be able to pick up new systems with ease
Be confident working in a demanding role where flexible working and travel may be required
