Qualification- B Tech / BE Chemical Engineering from Tier 1 Institute + MBA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the MD in strategizing, executing, overseeing and coordinating technical and operational initiatives/activities related to all aspects of the organization. Assist the MD to ensure the cost effectiveness in technical projects, timely delivery and in resource allocation. Drive process engineering and operational excellence initiatives through cross-functional coordination, KPI monitoring, and decision support. Compile, summarize and analyze data for technical meetings, monthly MIS and board meetings. Keep up with emerging pharmaceutical technologies, industry regulations, and best practices, and share key insights with the MD. Assist in managing technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper resource allocation, and budget compliance. Coordinate with all key stakeholders for timely execution of projects including understanding and managing bottlenecks. Plan and maintain MD's technical calendar and project updates. Must maintain strong business ethics and high standards of integrity.

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must. Very strong functional and business skills. Proactive attitude and a high level of initiative in addressing challenges. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and discretion. Must possess a strong strategic mindset. High on result orientation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
