Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships with Implementation Partners.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates with clients to ensure profitability.
• Track and report on account performance, placement success, and revenue metrics.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in US Staffing with a focus on Implementation Partners.
• Strong understanding of the staffing lifecycle, sourcing channels, and recruitment processes.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Preferred Educational Backgrounds:

• Engineering (Any Discipline)
• B.Tech / M.Tech
• MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, or General Management)
• BBA / BBM
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline
• Any graduate with relevant experience in US Staffing, Client Services, or Account Management
