In this role, you’ll assess patients, monitor and document changes in their health, educate patients and families, and help coordinate care plans. You’ll use NextGen EMR to document care and track patient outcomes while supporting a positive, collaborative environment.
What you’ll bring:Current RN licenseBachelor’s degree in nursing or a related fieldProficiency with EMR systemsFamiliarity with HIPAA requirementsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
