As we continue to grow, I'm interested in connecting with exceptional Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and construction professionals in the Denver market who are looking for something beyond a traditional PM role.
What we're looking for:
Someone who combines deep construction experience with intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, and exceptional judgment.
Someone who can walk into a complicated situation, quickly understand what's happening, identify what really matters, and develop a path forward.
Someone who is equally comfortable challenging a contractor's execution plan, navigating a difficult client conversation, evaluating commercial risk, or leading a complex project through delivery.
The ideal background includes:
Significant experience delivering complex healthcare or other technically demanding capital projectsStrong understanding of design, construction, project controls, commercial management, and project riskThe ability to think strategically while remaining grounded in construction executionConfidence working directly with senior Owner and project leadershipExcellent communication skills and the ability to turn complicated issues into clear recommendationsA genuine desire to take ownership, solve difficult problems, and continuously improve
