Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Mumbai. You will be responsible for creating and managing challenging Architectural/landscape/ interior Projects using softwares such as Revit, and sketchup. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces…. Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawings
- experience in multi-consultant teams is desired.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Experience with international projects is a plus
- experience in handling construction site reviews, contractor RFI s is desired
