• 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Retail Analytics.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ERP/POS systems, and reporting/BI tools.
• Strong interest or experience in AI, automation, predictive analytics, and emerging retail technology.
• Ability to turn data into clear business decisions and actionable strategies.

Job Description :

Position Purpose

Lead and optimize retail operations through data, AI, and strategic planning . Drive smarter inventory decisions, demand forecasting, store performance, and process automation across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven inventory and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across stores.
• Use data and predictive analytics for demand forecasting, sales planning, and inventory optimization.
• Analyze store and product performance to identify growth opportunities, risks, and operational gaps.
• Build and maintain retail dashboards and KPI reporting covering Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Sell-Through, Stock Cover, and Turnover.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, forecasting, replenishment, and routine operational processes using AI and technology.
• Drive continuous improvement of retail SOPs, ERP/POS processes, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Retail, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Sales to implement data-backed business solutions.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support retail growth and profitability.
