About the role

We are hiring Pre-Sales and Commissioning Engineers to support our growth across Europe and Canada. This role combines technical pre-sales work with hands-on commissioning, so you will be working across the full sales cycle, from proposal through to site handover, alongside our Austrocell team. The initial 1 to 1.5 months will be spent training in China, and the role includes travel to our Guntur facility in India as well as customer sites across Europe and Canada.

What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales support and sales support across Europe and Canada, including quotes, proposals and RFQ/RFP responses
• Prepare system sizing, configuration and technical documentation for BESS proposals
• Travel to customer sites to carry out on-site commissioning, testing and handover if needed
• Provide post-sale technical support and troubleshooting to customers and distributors in the region
• Work alongside Austrocell's team to support onboarding and technical documentation for European distributors and customers
• Coordinate with the manufacturing and engineering teams in China on product specifications and commissioning procedures
• Track competitor products and market pricing trends across the region to inform proposals
• Maintain commissioning records, test reports and handover documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, mandatory
• Previous international travel experience, mandatory
• Previous relevant work experience in solar, BESS or a related field, preferred but not mandatory
• English fluency mandatory, German an advantage for the European market, French an advantage for the Canadian market
• Willing and able to travel internationally on short notice, including the initial training period in China and travel to the Guntur facility
