Coupa Functional / Support Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant to support and enhance our Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. The consultant will work with procurement, finance, and business teams to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Coupa Procurement and P2P processes.
• Troubleshoot user issues and resolve production support tickets.
• Configure and maintain suppliers, catalogs, approval workflows, and procurement processes.
• Support requisition, purchase order, invoicing, expense, and payment workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Support testing, deployments, and release activities.
• Monitor integrations between Coupa and ERP systems.
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and process optimization.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Participate in enhancement and implementation projects.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Coupa experience.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience in Coupa configuration and support.
• Experience handling production support activities and ticket management.
• Understanding of procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and invoicing processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa certification.
• Experience with ERP integrations such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Invoice Management.
• Experience working in global support environments.
