Business Growth & Brand Partnerships Manager (Podcast & Social Media)

Role Description The Business Growth & Brand Partnerships Manager (Podcast & Social Media) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships for the podcast and related digital properties. Day-to-day tasks include managing partner relationships, developing growth initiatives, coordinating with content and production teams, and aligning brand collaborations with the show’s positioning and values. The Manager will track performance metrics, analyze audience and market data, and refine partnership strategies to drive sustainable growth. The role also involves collaborating on social media campaigns, cross-promotions, and community-building efforts to strengthen the podcast’s presence and impact. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret audience, market, and performance data to inform growth and partnership strategies. Experience in partnerships and strategic partnerships, including identifying opportunities, pitching concepts, and structuring win-win collaborations. Account management capabilities, with a track record of nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction and value delivery. Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder alignment. Background in business development, sales, marketing, or media partnerships, preferably within podcasts, digital content, or related industries. Understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement tactics, and brand-building in a leadership or business-focused context. Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate across small, agile teams, and handle multiple projects with ownership and accountability. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with infrastructure, entrepreneurship, or policy spaces is a plus.
