Director -Conferences & Strategic Relations Develop and execute national and international conferences, summits, and forums. Build relationships with ministers, bureaucrats, diplomats, industry leaders, universities, embassies, and international organizations. Secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and institutional collaborations. Coordinate protocol for VVIPs, foreign delegates, and government officials. Represent the organization at national and global events. Lead conference strategy, speaker acquisition, delegate engagement, and media relations. Work closely with promoters and senior leadership on flagship initiatives. 15–25 years of experience. Strong network in government, politics, academia, industry, and international organizations. Experience managing large conferences with 500–5,000 delegates. Exposure to organizations such as international universities, policy think tanks, chambers of commerce, multilateral agencies, or major industry bodies. Excellent negotiation, protocol, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.
