Job Details The Clinical Pharmacist oversees the medication distribution system for their area of responsibility. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist identifies, prevents, and resolves drug therapy problems by ensuring each medication is indicated, effective, safe, and convenient for the patient. Job Description Essential Functions Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
