What You'll Be Doing

• Lead electrical design for a variety of building projects
• Serve as a technical lead and trusted client advisor
• Review and oversee design deliverables
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
• Drive projects from proposal through construction

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• PE License required
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience
• Experience designing building electrical systems
• Consulting engineering experience preferred
• Project leadership and client-facing experience
