Hiring | Sales Engineer – Japanese Speaking | Japanese Manufacturing Company

Senshin Marga is hiring on behalf of a leading listed Japanese manufacturer of rotary packaging machines and peripheral equipment for a Japanese-speaking Sales Engineer based in Okhla, New Delhi.

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Experience: 3–10 years

Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA

Japanese: JLPT N3 or N2 required

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development, identify prospects and close sales

• Develop and manage Indian channel partners

• Work closely with Japanese leadership on India market activities

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals

• Adapt and translate Japanese sales & marketing materials for the Indian market

• Coordinate with customers, channel partners and internal teams

• Support day-to-day sales operations, reporting and performance tracking

• Travel up to 25% for business development and coordination

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree; technical or management background preferred

• 3–10 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, packaging equipment or related sectors

• Strong communication skills in English

• JLPT N3 or N2 Japanese proficiency

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-cultural environment
