Position : Senior Project Manager – Events
Experience: 6-10 Years

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Project Manager
to lead the planning and on-ground operations of our events.
You will own the complete execution lifecycle, from planning and vendor coordination to
show-day operations and post-event closure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
building structure, leading teams, solving problems proactively, and ensuring every
event runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
- Lead end-to-end planning for all assigned events.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution trackers.
- Ensure all teams are aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between Production, Design, Marketing,
Content, Hospitality, Artist Management, Operations, and Finance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.
- Ensure every stakeholder is aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Event Operations
- Lead complete on-ground execution during events.
- Manage event timelines, show flow, backstage operations, and logistics.
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, artists, vendors, venues,
and volunteers.
- Make real-time operational decisions while maintaining high-quality guest
experiences.
Vendor & Venue Management
- Coordinate with venues regarding event requirements.
- Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage vendors.
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, timelines, and budget expectations.
- Build strong long-term vendor relationships.
Process & SOP Management
- Execute events strictly through defined SOPs and operational checklists.
- Continuously improve existing systems based on post-event learnings.
- Ensure documentation is maintained for every project.
- Drive operational discipline across teams.
Budget & Resource Management
- Work closely with the Production team to monitor project budgets.
- Track project expenses and optimize resource utilization.
- Support financial reconciliation after every event.
Project Closure
- Conduct post-event debriefs.
- Collect stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare closure reports and key learnings.
- Ensure all project documentation and financial reconciliations are completed.What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in Event Operations/Project Management.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale events.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project
management tools.
