Role: AVP - Investment Operations (Mutual Fund)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 12 - 15 years

Role & Responsibilitie

• Handling Banking and Cash Management
• Trade confirmations and settlements.
• Income and Expense Management
• Understanding of Scheme Accounting, Valuation of securities and NAV calculations
• Preparing and monitoring of Reconciliations.
• Prepare, verify and send reports on a timely basis.
• Contribute in process improvisation
• Active participation in improvising and streamlining of processes
• Work on new initiatives and implement
• SLA review
• Co-ordinating with service providers and stakeholders like Fund Accountant, Custodian, Banks
• Timely co-ordination with internal teams like Investment Team, Compliance, Risk, etc
• Liasing with the auditors.
• Monitoring checklists for controls and risk management
• Review of scheme financials.
