Aviator Program - On Premise Sales Trainee (Los Angeles)

As an Aviator, you will take part in a 12-month immersive experience in the Red Bull On Premise world. You will learn face-to-face sales, relationship-building tactics, execution methods, and event activation standards within all On Premise settings like bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, food service, events, and festivals. Reporting to a Regional On Premise Manager, you will grow the business and represent Red Bull in your area by developing important customer relations and securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at point-of-sale. Your main priorities will be learning how to manage accounts across all the segments of On Premise and maximizing Red Bulls presence within your territory. • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
• Previous experience in CPG/sales, through work experience or internships
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss
• Navigation of custom and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Open to working flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
