Satellite Healthcare, Inc., a not-for-profit leader in kidney care, seeks a Dialysis Home Therapy RN to support patients living with chronic kidney disease in our home dialysis program. In this mission-driven, patient-centered role, you will assess, educate, and train patients and caregivers on peritoneal and/or home hemodialysis, ensure safe and effective use of home equipment, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll monitor clinical outcomes, support quality and safety initiatives, and receive ongoing training, professional growth opportunities, and a collaborative, supportive work environment.
