A leading architecture, engineering, and construction consulting firm is seeking a Principal, Building Envelope to provide executive leadership within its growing Building Envelope practice in the Miami - Fort Lauderdale market.
This leadership role combines technical expertise with business development, overseeing complex building enclosure projects while strengthening client relationships and mentoring technical teams.
Responsibilities
Lead business development and practice growth.Manage executive-level client relationships.Oversee projects involving façades, roofing, waterproofing, fenestration, rehabilitation and forensic investigations.Provide technical leadership, mentor staff and ensure quality project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or a related field.10-15 years of building envelope consulting experience.PE or RA license required.Proven experience leading complex projects, managing client relationships and growing a consulting practice.Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, building codes and industry standards.
Compensation
$190,000–$250,000 base salaryAnnual bonusComprehensive benefits
