Our client is a large global consulting firm. They have been engaged by a Financial Services company based in NYC to deliver a custom platform for Compensation and Rewards. The company had evaluated numerous leading packaged Compensation and Rewards software, and none fit their needs. They are looking for a strong Project Manager to run the program. This person will not only have deep experience running large programs for global companies, but they will also have experience with a project similar to this one, an internally developed/custom enterprise platform. The right person is someone with the ability to anticipate and understand what's needed in a program/platform like this (knows what to anticipate, knows how to plan in agile environment - e.g. if we're working on a build - what do you do about testing, how do you plan for the next tranche of work, etc.). They will also need to know how to articulate a narrative on the progress and value of the program. Sometimes you will be the Ring Master, sometimes you may need to "beg borrow and steal", no day is the same. In short, someone who is creative in terms of pursuit execution. Along with traditional PM duties, they will also be responsible for Change Management and Training. This role is onsite in NYC 4 days/week. Initial contract will be 6 months, but this is a multi-year program and will extend long-term. US Cit or GC only Qualifications: 8+ Years of Project Manager experience Experience delivering internally developed/custom enterprise platforms for global Fortune 500 sized clients. Ideal candidate will have done this where the platform was for Compensation and Rewards. A close second would be a candidate with HR platform experience Experience managing highly complex stakeholder environments. Experience coordinating product development teams using Jira. Experience leading Change Management and Training Comparable systems Oracle HCM, BEQOM, SAP Success Factors (nice to have but not required) Must have experience as PM working for a large global consulting firm Big 4 or equivalent Financial Services experience highly desired US Cit or GC
