As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Specialist to join our team. Role Overview We are seeking a Finance Specialist who will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting processes Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations Ensure statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST, etc.) Prepare financial reports, MIS, and dashboards Support budgeting and forecasting activities Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance Experience with tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems High attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
