Department: 01120 WFBMG Wake Forest Health Network: Winston Salem Westbrook Plz - Family Medicine Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday 8a-5p (36 patient facing hours with 4 admin hours) Pay Range: $51.05 - $76.60 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: M.D. from an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Current M.D. or D.O. license from the State of applicable state. Board certification in primary care or related field from said residency. Certification in BCLS, ACLS required if stress tests performed or as required by specialty. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration
