Job Description – Accounts Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Jubilee Hills Road No 5, Hyderabad

Preferred Industry: Logistics Background

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of invoicing, ledger management, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates with prior experience in the Logistics/Transportation industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and reconcile customer, vendor, and general ledgers.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.
• Record daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to resolve account-related queries.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in invoicing, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in any Accounting ERP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
