Officer - LIMS (Food Testing Lab)

Opportunity for LIMS Professionals in a NABL-Accredited Food Testing Laboratory. Job Descriptions Sample Intake & Registration : Receive physical samples and verify that accompanying documentation (e.g., test requests form, chain of custody) matches the physical sample received. Data Entry & Verification : Accurately key in sample details, batch numbers, collection dates, and required test parameters into the LIMS as given in TRF. Liasoning : Liasoning with technical Team for correct analysis method. Labeling & Barcoding : Generate and apply unique barcodes, RFID tags, or laboratory worksheet, analysis numbers to samples for foolproof identification. Workflow Routing : Assign samples to the correct analytical testing department and prioritize urgent or critical samples. Discrepancy Resolution : Identify and flag missing, mismatched, or damaged sample information, contacting clients or internal teams to resolve issues. Compliance & Audit Prep : Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards (e.g. NABL, EIC, APEDA, Spice Board, IOPEPC etc) and ensure all digital audit trails are complete and error-free. Qualification & Experience : B.Sc with 3 years of experience managing and maintaining LIMS in a Food Testing Laboratory.
