AVP - (Re)Insurance partnerships

We are hiring AVP / Senior Manager — Insurance & Reinsurance Partnershi for one of our client in Bangalore location . . Key Responsibilities Insurance & Reinsurance Partnerships . Placement and capacity management Portfolio, claim and account management. Capacity strategy and Market Development Required Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, MGA, underwriting, or portfolio management roles. Experience managing insurer and/or reinsurer relationships. Exposure to treaty/facultative placement and/or reinsurance operations. Strong commercial judgment with high attention to detail and follow-through. Existing market relationships are a plus, but not required. Preferred Background Candidates from Reinsurance placement backgrounds(RI/composite brokers, insurers’ RI teams, etc) Preferred Product Exposure Specialty risks, surety, trade credit, financial lines, warranty & extended warranty, parametric insurance, property & casualty.
