Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the Managing Director and to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate should posses a strong understanding and experience as a Chief Financial Officer in the industry

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to Managing Director
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Currency hedging and exposure monitoring 
• Handling of income tax, GST, and all other tax related matters
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions and disputes
• Manage relationships with banks
• Audits of listed as per specified AS (Accounting standards), 
• Overall supervision on day to day accounts, 
• Banking relations and renewals of bank limits and concerning correspondences with banks, 
• Monitoring of investment activites of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a CFO
• CA preferred but not required
• Knowledge of export incentives, duty drawbacks and other incentives and benefits monitoring

Salary Range: 17,00,000 to 21,00,000 per annum
