Business development executive - listing portal

Role Description The Business Development Executive – Listing Portal is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including onboarding property owners, brokers, and real estate firms to the listing portal. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, managing client accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships. The executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, smooth client onboarding, and timely resolution of client inquiries. The role also includes monitoring market trends, providing feedback on customer needs, and contributing to sales targets and overall portal growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to maintain relationships and support existing clients.
Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, proptech, or online marketplaces.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel locally for client meetings, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset, and proficiency with basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
