What You'll Do
Source and close commercial leasing & sales transactions.
Meet corporate clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property inspections and client meetings.
Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers.
Negotiate deals, ensure timely collections, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal closures.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1-2 years of Real Estate Sales Experience.
Undergraduate or Graduate.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
