Role Description
This is a Part-time, on-site role for a Retail Product Specialist located in Old Town, Chicago, IL. The Retail Product Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and promoting sales. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer needs, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring that the store remains a welcoming environment for our customers. xzbcwsv Additional duties may include inventory management and supporting store operations.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Sales and Product Specialist experience
Analytical skills for understanding customer needs and product performance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge or experience in the dance industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or a related field is beneficial
