What You'll Do
- Own the Instagram content calendar — posts, reels, and stories
- Research what's trending and adapt it to Mentor Match's brand and audience
- Write scripts for reels — hook, story, CTA
- Analyze performance and double down on what works

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years managing social media for a brand or as a creator
- Proven Instagram growth — show us the numbers
- Strong scriptwriting and a sharp eye for trends
