Hiring: Senior AWS Data Engineer (Golang, Python & Snowflake)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 7-12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior AWS Data Engineer with strong expertise in Golang, Python, Snowflake, and AWS Cloud Technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytics solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Build and optimize cloud-native data solutions on AWS.
• Develop high-performance data processing applications using Golang and Python.
• Implement and manage enterprise data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platform performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to best practices for data engineering and cloud adoption.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AWS Cloud Services
• Hands-on expertise in Snowflake
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong development experience in Golang
• Experience building ETL/ELT Pipelines
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts
• Experience with SQL and Performance Optimization
• Exposure to AWS Services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, Redshift, ECS/EKS
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps Practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Apache Spark or PySpark
• Kafka or Streaming Technologies
• Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Data Modeling and Data Governance experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong cloud and data platform development background
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domains is an advantage
