Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors in related field

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience

• 4+ years public accounting background

• 4+ years of people leadership / supervisory experience

• CPA required OR Master’s in Accounting or a related field

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting functions (close, reporting, audit, accruals, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage up/down and cross-functionally

• Workday experience

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Manager to support a healthcare accounting team. This role will oversee four Accounting Supervisors and report directly to the Director of Accounting.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring effective communication across the General Ledger team, driving process improvements, and providing leadership, coaching, and accountability to accounting supervisors.
