Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Director of Financial Operations to own the numbers and lead cash management, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, billing and collections, and financial reporting. This hands-on, non-CFO role reports to the President & CEO and drives financial discipline across the organization.

You will build a next-year budget starting February 1, manage AR with a focus on DSO, and partner with an outside CPA for taxes and audits.
