About Our Client Our client is a well-established construction management firm specializing in retail, commercial interiors, and tenant improvement projects. Job Description Manage retail and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Review drawings, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and subcontractors. Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the client's expectations. Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience managing retail, commercial interiors, or tenant improvement projects. Experience overseeing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously. Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and financial reporting. Experience coordinating architects, subcontractors, and project teams. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills. Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing leadership responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
