Lead Generation Executive

Lead Generation Executive | Pune Location: Pune Experience: 1–4 Years Employment: Full-Time | Work from Office We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified B2B leads, engage with prospective clients, and support the sales team in converting opportunities into business. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and online research . Identify and connect with key decision-makers and qualify prospects. Send professional emails, introductions, follow-ups, and business proposals to prospective clients. Prepare and share draft agreements, commercial documents, and other client-related documentation as required. Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for client discussions. Maintain regular follow-ups and keep prospect/client information updated in CRM. Research new companies, industries, and potential client segments. Track daily lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion metrics. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, or Business Development . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong email drafting and client communication skills. Good cold calling, prospecting, follow-up, and negotiation abilities. Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM and online research tools. Detail-oriented and capable of preparing professional client documentation. Target-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills.
