Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Sales Executive – Inside Sales (Mr. Milk) to lead and manage the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring daily sales activities, improving team performance, and ensuring efficient customer follow-ups through CRM and sales management systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Inside Sales Executive team.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Monitor calling activities, follow-ups, and customer conversions.

* Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.

* Maintain CRM data and ensure proper follow-up tracking.

* Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and MIS.

* Coordinate with management on sales performance and team productivity.

* Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer service.

* Improve sales processes, team discipline, and conversion ratios.

Qualifications & Experience

* Graduate in any discipline.

* MBA in Marketing/Sales will be preferred.

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Team Management.

* Experience in Dairy/FMCG will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
